Job Overview

Role: SAP Business Intelligence Solution Architect 

Location: London, with occasion travelling to Berlin

Type: Contract (6 months plus extensions)

Summary: An experienced SAP Business Intelligence Solution Architect is required to provide technical expertise and oversight to the SAP S/4 HANA, BW & Analytics Teams to help define enterprise data architecture to meet strategic Business Intelligence goals and drive the technical vision for big data architecture & data insight. You will be pivotal in helping organisations implement next generation SAP Business Intelligence solutions to leverage the power of S/4HANA, BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Experience:

Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in SAP Business Intelligence environments, with experience as an architect on at least three successful full life-cycle data warehouse implementations. Ideally from a consultancy background.

Experience in all aspects of data architecture, data flow strategy, data modelling, master data & metadata management

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA architecture, HANA modelling & data provisioning, HANA views

Experience with BW architecture, BW modelling & data provisioning

Experience of the SAP BI product suite – SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, SAP BI Platform (Lumira Designer, Web Intelligence), BEx Queries

Experience of non-SAP data warehouse/big data solutions and BI tool such as Google BigQuery & Tableau would be advantageous

Strong understanding of business processes and BI solution implementations for Finance, Sales and Marketing functions

Experience of working in an agile framework

Excellent requirements gathering & analysis skills

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels from CxO to line of business

Ability to work in a blended team comprising client and multiple supplier contacts
